Store Policies
**All pets coming in for grooming should be up to date on their vaccinations.**
*Please note that upon arrival your pets condition will be assessed. This will help determine the required services and final cost. All prices are subject to change depending on our assessment of the condition of the pet’s coat and behaviour. We require that animals be under control at all times. For safety, it is highly recommended to bring them on leash or in a carrier
*All our grooming appointments are a minimum fee of $16.5*
We kindly ask that as a courtesy you please give at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations.
Our policy is that clients who do not show up or cancel with less than a 24 hour notice may be required to pre-pay for future services.
